Content of this thesis is proces and structural layout design of subject „SENIORS’ BOARDINGHOUSE“. It’s a wide subject, which south wing is designed as single-storey with cellarage, central subject is two-storeyd without cellarage. Wooden shelters are connected to north and south wing. Architecture has been chosen in order to make a subject evoking calm and positive impression for retirement aged persons living. Roof structure is double-pitched shape with two main skylights. Roof is red coloured and a facade is white. Interior space of subject is designed to satisfy a demands for comfortable living of single persons (one-room flats) as well as retirement aged couples (2+KK flats). Round the subject there are situated further tinier subjects there designed for utilization by seniors, but for those who are still active. Subject is brick, founded on continuous footing and spreading slab. Roof structure is constructed of wooden bearing rafter framework which is, in case of main object, designed with central binding rafter and collar roof in case of north and south wing. Subject is insulated with External Thermal Insulation Composite System, roof is covered by ceramic roof covering in combination with folded sheet metal covering. Main living quarters is situated in first and second above-ground storey of central subject, restaurant with background lie in south wing and wellness available for public as well is situated in north wing. In basement of south wing there is technical background of whole subject situated there as is garage, technical room, service room, bicycle room and storage. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and draft project documentation for the building works of a family house with an in-house hairdresser´s salon in the cadastral area of Řečany nad Labem. It is a three-storey detached house with its interior layout corresponding to the conditions of service. The family house is designed for a four-member family. In the lower basement there is a storeroom, a utility room, and a workout room. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and a living room, moreover, there is the hairdresser´s salon designed for the owner of the house. The first floor is designed as the area for living. The structure of the building is made of the system of POROTHERM with an outer insulation system of BAUMIT OPEN with the thickness of 120 mm. Peripheral vertical supporting structures of the ground floor and the first floor will be lined with POROTHERM 30 P+D and the basement will be made from a permanent formwork of DEK 30. The interior bearing masonry walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P+D and non-bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 11.5 AKU. The exterior plastering in light grey colour is the water-resistant, thin-film grooved plaster of BAUMIT OPENTOP with the grains of 2 mm. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Samba 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour. The flooring has been chosen according to the type of usage of each of the rooms, i.e. ceramic flooring, laminate floor, and rubber floor tiles. Master’s thesis theme is mountain hotel project. The hotel has one lower basement and four aboveground floor. It has trditional look and the roof is double-pitched. Floor projection looks like letter "L". Main part has measurements 25,3 x 14,1 m and it has four floor. Extension is on northwest side of main part. It has measuremnts 11,85 x 9,5 m and three floor. Facede of basement and first floor is from stone facing mansory. Facade od second floor of main patr of buildings id timbered looks like curb. Third and fourth floor are attic, gable is vertical timbered. Facade of second floor of extension is plaster on ETICS. The gable od extension is vertical timbered. Roof covering is alpen shingle from larch wood. Foundations of house are shallow. The construction system is walled. The lower basement is built from masonry BS Klatovy BD30 and other wall are from masonry Porotherm . Floor structures are from monolithic reinforced concrete, thickness 220 mm. House stairs are prefabricated double-flight. Partition wall are mostly built from mansory Porotherm 11,5 P+D. Lintols above windows and doors in facadeare made by reverse of floor slab and inside of disposition are made by ceramics lintols Porotherm. Floor structures are floating with impact insulation in whole house. In living rooms wear layers are from oak parquet block and in common rooms, toilets, bathrooms and technical rooms is ceramics paving. Wall’s surfaces are made from patent plaster and in lower basement are made from two-coat work with white coat. Toilets and bathrooms are tilled with ceramic tiles. All distributions of building equipment are covered with gypsum plasterboard ceiling. All windows and doors in facade are made by wooden profile Solid comfort SC78 and glazed by triple glazing unit (Uw,max=0,9 W/m2.K), exception is main entrance door, It is made by aluminum profile and it is automatically opened.

The aim of the bachelor project is to design the two-storey single family row house on the concrete lot on the outskirts of the city Brno. The new house will take place in the vacant lot between houses nr.35 and nr.31, Na Návsi street, Brno-Holásky. The building consists of two habitable storeys with no basement and with living area under the double-sloped roof. The wooden structure of the roof, thanks to it´s low span, is supported by simple spanner. The vertical structure is created by porous concrete blocks ´Ytong´. The exterior walls are 375 mm thick with additional insulation 70 mm thick. The interior walls are 375, 300 and 200 mm thick made of porous concrete blocks ´Ytong´. The floor slabs consist of special Ytong floor slabs. Main entrance corridor separates the first floor in the living area (kitchen + living room) and staircase + garage. From the main corridor is the exit to garden on the north side of the house. The staircase leads us to the second floor. There are three bedrooms, bathroom and additional storage spaces. The garage is available to walk through the house. The project focuses on the presentation of the advantages of the system ´Ytong´.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to design and elaborate project documentation for the construction of a building with a design office in the cadastral area of Mikulovice near Pardubice. It is a two-storey, partly basement detached house, which with its layout corresponds to the conditions of the building operation. The family house is designed for a four-member family. On the first underground floor there is a toilet + bathroom with a technical room and a gym. On the ground floor there is a project office that is designed for the owner of the house, a kitchen, a living room, a guest room with its own dressing room, a workshop connected with a garage. On the second floor there is a residential part, consisting of 3 rooms and a studio. The construction system of the building is designed from the POROTHERM system with an ISOVER GREYWALL external contact insulation system with a thickness of 120 mm. The vertical supporting perimeter structures of the 1st floor, the 1st NP and the 2nd NP will be wired from the POROTHERM 30 P + D. The internal bearing walls are made of POROTHERM 30 P + D and the POROTHERM 19 AKU and POROTHERM 11,5 PROFI are used for non-load-bearing masonry. The external plaster is a water-repellent CEMIX FLEXI thin-film plaster grooved with a grain size of 2 mm in light gray. The staircase is monolithic, of reinforced concrete. Horizontal bearing structures are made of ceramic-concrete system of POROTHERM with the thickness of 250 mm (Pot girders and Miako fillers). The roof is double-pitched with the roof tiling in black colour of TONDACH Hranice 11. The plastic doors and windows are designed in the colour of grey ane white; the garage has a section door also in the grey colour.
